1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleanixx ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Cleanixx is sold as a one-time purchase license for personal use on macOS. Each license is valid for one user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold without prior written consent from mafixx.

3. Permitted Use

You may install and use Cleanixx on your personal Mac computers. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.

4. Payments

Cleanixx is sold through Paddle, our authorized reseller. All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

5. Updates

We may provide updates to Cleanixx from time to time. Updates may be free or paid depending on the scope of changes. We reserve the right to modify features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cleanixx is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mafixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Cleanixx.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Blumenau, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
