We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Cleanixx purchases. If you are not satisfied with Cleanixx for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at cleanixx@proton.me with your order number and the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 30 days. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds. License keys will be deactivated upon refund.

4. Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
